The United Nations Postal Administration (UNPA) issued this UN souvenir sheet on February 4, 2005. It was the first UN postage stamp issue of 2005, and commemorates the 60th Anniversary of the UN. The design depicts the inside of the UN General Assembly building in New York. The USA $1.00 issue sold out on March 7, 2005.
